- Enquiry processing, preparation of new and modification offers
- Organisation and implementation of costing reviews (coordination of technology, costing, purchasing, production, etc.)
Driving innovation forward:
- Preparation and presentation of presentations
- Editing the customised B2B portals
Being successful together:
- Support of the automotive customer in the field & back office
- Regular visits to the customer's specialist departments in consultation with the KAM
- Supporting the KAM in the planning, management and control of sales activities and the strategic orientation of the company
- Initiating and initiating new tasks in coordination with the KAM and the internal sales team from the very first customer contact
- Participation in HESS internal project team meetings
Requirements
Experience and expertise:
- Technical or commercial training
- Further training as a technician or business economist
- Experience in sales of products requiring explanation
- English and German (business fluent)
- Negotiating skills
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Passion for technology:
- Knowledge of injection moulding
- Good knowledge of the automotive market
Team spirit and initiative:
- Self-confident, friendly and open-minded demeanour
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, commitment, initiative and strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills
