What you can expect from us
Take responsibility:
- Supporting key account managers and sales managers in the planning, management and control of sales activities
- Processing enquiries and change requests
- Independent supervision of all activities in the assigned customer area team
Driving innovation forward:
- Processing of processes (quotations, inventory, capacity preview) in customer portals (B2B e.g. ESL)
- Creation of presentations according to specifications
- Project-related invoicing in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Maintaining and tracking parts price history
- Clarifying price differences both internally and externally
Being successful together:
- Initiation, deadline tracking and processing of pre-series orders
- General organisational activities
- Collaboration in project teams if required
Requirements
Experience and expertise:
- Completed commercial training
- Ability to work independently
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- English (business fluent)

- Good communication skills
- Confident demeanour
